Event Tickets: 3:30PM Cozy Cottage

This listing is for Cozy Cottage event tickets/reservations for the 3:30PM time slot only! This time slot will open up for booking when our earlier time slots are full.

We are so excited to bring the cozy cottage event back in person!  In order to accommodate guests more comfortably the event will take place on December 2, 2023 in the Parish Hall of the First Parish Church in Freeport, Maine at 40 Main St.  The parking lot is located on Depot Street with the entrance on the North side.

Time slots for the event on December 2nd are:

10AM-11:30AM, 12PM-1:30PM, 2PM-3:30PM or 3:30PM-5:00PM

This year cozy cottage is bigger and better than ever with COOKIES, FESTIVE NON-ALCOHOLIC HOLIDAY PUNCH and PHOTOS WITH WILBUR THE SANTA MOOSE for every guest!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR TICKET SELECTIONS!

Make your selection based on the number of seats you need and this will include ONE cottage.  Add to cart.  Then, for more cottages, select “EXTRA COTTAGE” and quantity and add to cart.

For seating beyond the “1 cottage, 6 seats” available, simply select the combination of quantity of seats needed, which will require adding to cart each time.  Keep in mind each quantity of seats you add to your cart includes one cottage.  EXAMPLE: Your family of 8 would like to come to the Cozy Cottage Event.  Select “1 cottage, 4 seats,” enter a quantity of 2 and ‘add to cart.’  This will provide you 8 seats and two cottages.  Need more cottages? Now add “extra cottage” to your cart FROM THE SAME TIME SLOT in the quantity you need.

Tables seat a maximum of 8 people regardless of how many people in your party.  If you have more than 8 people/seats you will be placed at neighboring tables.

Make sure to select “LOCAL PICKUP” and “Freeport Factory” when checking out to avoid being charged unnecessary shipping fees.  However:

THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PHYSICAL TICKETS TO PICK-UP AT THE STORE FOR THIS EVENT.  Please just bring your order confirmation/number and the billing name the tickets are purchased under to the church at the time of event.

In the “comments” section of your order please provide the number of children under the age of 10 in your party.

FAQ:

Can my children build the cottage by themselves?  No.  Happy building requires two people, one to hold the pieces together while they harden (adult) and one to slather on the chocolate (kiddo or another adult).  Decorating can be done solo!

Can just a group of adults come to this event?  Sure!  Who doesn’t love chocolate?

Is the cottage edible or just decorative?  Edible!  We will send you home with your finished milk chocolate cottage in a cello bag tied with a ribbon for display and whenever you are ready to eat it just dive in!  Chocolate will keep well for months if you want to wait til the New Year to enjoy your creation.
